Customer service was exceptional. Location was great. Facilities well maintained.
Areas for improvement:
Our hotel room was upstairs and we had 8 bags, so a lift would have been really handy. Aircons worked but were a little faulty, however staff were very quick to get it sorted.

The shower was hit and miss with hot water and the cold tap didnt work.

The scaffolding at the front entrance caused havoc on the rainy day I left as this meant our transport had to park in the car park and had to run in the rain with some of my luggage,
